Ho amato la serie a suo tempo (è stato proprio Baldur's Gate 1 a farmi conoscere per la prima volta D&D e il mondo dei giochi di ruolo) e sono piuttosto curiosa di questa nuova versione. Soprattutto su come sarà a livello di grafica.

Una volta avevo sentito di un progetto semi amatoriale per "rifare" Baldur's Gate con la grafica di Neverwinter Nights (o meglio, fare un mod per NWN con la storia di Baldur's Gate), e una cosa del genere realizzata in modo ufficiale e con tutti i crismi sarebbe davvero

Avrei preferito di gran lunga che la Atari annunciasse Baldur’s Gate 3, ma mi sa che non trova un team all’altezza per il terzo capitolo della saga. Anzichè mettersi a riesumare classici ci vorrebbe una ventata d'aria fresca, considerando anche che gli ultimi videogiochi su licenza Dungeons & Dragons, come ad esempio Daggerdale, sono stati alquanto scadenti.

Fans of Baldur's Gate rejoiced when Beamdog announced they were updating the original game for PCs and iPad. And according to Beamdog, there will be more storylines and characters coming after the classic hits digital shelves.

Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition will include the full game and its expansion pack running an improved version of the Infinity Engine. But to this point developer Beamdog has been quiet about its intent for the game after release. Fortunately, president of the company Trent Oster is happy to share his plans over Twitter:

Oster hasn't discussed what this content will be, beyond it being substantial. Also mentioned in his Twitter feed is a dedication to getting the original voice actors back for any new content that may be developed and even a discussion of mod support for the game.

Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition is also in the works.

Era una notizia che mi era già nota. Cosa ne penso della politica sui dlc lo scrissi già all’inizio del topic di Mass Effect 3: è una forma di consumismo estremo ignobilmente accettata da molti utenti, un modo di trattare i consumatori senza alcun riguardo cercando di spremerli il più possibile. Un settore che ormai non si fa scrupoli nel ricorrere a ogni sorta di espediente meschino per incassare introiti extra alle spese degli appassionati.
Vergogna.

riuppo per dire che questa enhanced fa acqua da tutte le parti o meglio, il gioco moddato a gratis offre molte più cose sia lato grafico che in stabilità, difatti questa versione ha qualche difettuccio come ritardo in comandi\azione etc etc
lo consiglio esclusivamente se dovete giocarci su altre piattaforme (ipad ,andrioid), perche su pc è solo buttare i soldi, vi prendete il gioco base su gog e bella li lo moddate a dovere...
